RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Once a service is verbally agreed upon, and completed, you are responsible for payment of service by the due date listed on your invoice. We stand behind the services we offer. Your satisfaction with our service is extremely important to us. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service and feel you require a refund for any reason please contact us at Bkanzigg@1stchoiceyards.com.

PRIVACY POLICY

1st Choice Yard Care LLC and its website respect the confidentiality of data relating to all customers and visitors to the site. Individual customer and visitor information is not collected, shared, or distributed. In areas of the site where users provide personal information for making payments, this personal information may be forwarded to third parties in order to fulfill these payment requests. All information collected from customers is within PCI compliance and your information will not be sold or shared to any outside parties for any reason.

PAYMENT POLICY

All bills are to be paid by the due date listed on the invoice.  Once a service is verbally agreed upon, and completed, you are responsible for payment of service by the due date listed on your invoice. If you invoice is overdue by more than 30 days, you are subject to a $25 penalty on the 31st day and therefore each reoccurring week after the 31st day.  If payment is not remitted, there has been no response of course of action, and multiple warnings issued, we serve the right to file with small claims court to resolve the issue.

CLEAN WORK SPACE POLICY

Your yard and service area should be picked up of all items prior to the day of your service.  These items include but are not restricted to; children’s toys, trash articles, dog toys, dog waste, sporting items and other miscellaneous items.  Failure to do so can resort in not performing work in these areas, fines, or dropped service.  We are not financially responsible for the damage of items not removed from the service area.  After multiple warnings with no recourse for action we will apply an additional $10 fee to the weekly service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are part of the weekly lawn care program, we will service your property on a weekly basis unless otherwise instructed. You will be billed per service visit. You are able to add additional cuts during healthy growing seasons if needed. If you request to be services less often than weekly extra charges will apply in reflect of extra time to complete service. You are required to give us a 24 hour notice if you would like to add or adjust your current service. This is subject to change to accommodate emergency situations or special circumstances. If you are scheduled for a service, and would like to cancel.. You are required provide at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled date of service to comply. DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

We’re strictly a service based business. 1st Choice Yard Care does not ship or deliver products.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We attempt to keep the information on this site as current and error free as possible. We are not bound by typographical errors resulting in inaccuracies with regard to prices, product specifications or availability.
